These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sync mental training application and the website at syncmental.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Sync UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Sync", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial mental training. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including audio, video and text, is owned by Sync or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Service supports mental training and wellbeing but is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sync is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
